Aesculus californica (Spach) Nutt., California Buckeye
Aesculus californica, California Buckeye, is native only to
California in the western United States. It has large, creamy white
flowers.

A small tree, only reaching about 25 feet in height, California
Buckeye is an attractive landscaping species. Care should be
taken when selecting a site, however, as it is highly toxic to
livestock and humans.
